Runjing 877 System Window and Door Special Weather-Resistant Sealant Product Description: This is a multi-purpose, single-component, deoxime-type, neutral-curing silicone sealant with excellent performance. It is suitable for common sealing, assembly, waterproofing, and hardware applications, offering long-term weather resistance. It can be used to seal joints with most building materials, such as glass, coated glass, aluminum, ceramics, concrete, steel, and stainless steel. This sealant features outstanding adhesion, elongation, water tightness, and air tightness. After curing, it forms a durable, high-performance, and elastic silicone sealant. Product features: ● Neutral curing, non-corrosive
● Easy to use, single-component, no mixing required
● Exhibits excellent adhesion to most building materials and surfaces.
● Excellent resistance to climatic heat, aging, ultraviolet radiation, ozone, and humidity.
● Under standard conditions, it will not drip and can be used with vertical or suspended interfaces.
Instructions for use: It is recommended that the ratio of the adhesive strip’s width (A) to its thickness (B), A:B, be 2:1. In outdoor high-temperature environments—specifically when the substrate surface temperature exceeds 40℃ and the adhesive strip width exceeds 15mm—please use with caution. Before application, a bonding test must be conducted, and construction should only proceed after confirming that the test results are satisfactory. Usage: ① The surfaces of materials that come into contact with weather-resistant sealant during construction must be clean and dry.
② To ensure that the lines around the silicone weatherproof sealant are perfectly neat and tidy, you can use masking tape to cover them and maintain a clean, well-defined joint appearance.
③ Cut open the pipe opening, and while maintaining equal pressure, move the glue gun to ensure the joint is fully filled.
④ After trimming with tools, remove the masking tape;
⑤ If there is any residual adhesive, it can be removed using a solvent.
Restrictions on use: This product is not suitable for structural glass installation projects, areas subject to continuous immersion, interfaces that will be buried underground for extended periods, locations prone to excessive friction and physical damage, surfaces of any objects that have leaked oils, white oils, or solvents, enclosed spaces, surfaces that come into direct contact with food or drinking water, freshly sprayed surfaces (including those coated with porcelain glaze or solvent-based coatings), and surfaces already coated with adhesives—painting on such surfaces is not recommended. This weather-resistant sealant may cause discoloration of copper and brass. Attention: ① Avoid excessive inhalation of volatile gases released during the curing process; ensure adequate ventilation during construction.
② Keep children away from the product. If the uncured adhesive comes into direct contact with your eyes, immediately rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
Storage: To extend the product’s shelf life, store it in a dry environment at temperatures below 27°C. The shelf life is ten months from the date of manufacture. See the seam for the date of manufacture.
